Congratulations to MBALA 2021 graduates

This year, we have launched the 4th Annual M.B.A. Leadership Academy (MBALA) 2021 on April 17, a program specifically designed for HiPo Rank & File, Supervisors and Managers in MBACPH.
11 of our best and brightest employees were selected for a 2-month program aimed to build a pipeline of successors as well as to manage it’s talent pool. Despite the pandemic, it does not hinder our willpower to complete our mission of providing training sessions to our people in terms of leadership, emotional intelligence and social responsibility.
